The Patricia Island Estates Neighborhood Association is a non-profit organization formed in 2020 that is dedicated to maintaining and improving the quality of life for all residents of Patricia Island Estates.

Definition
A neighborhood association is formed based on the needs and desires of its residents. The association gives residents a forum to discuss common concerns and work together for changes and improvements such as neighborhood safety, beautification and social activities. The association enforces rules and regulations through phase covenants, education and by looking out for each other.
