In addition to Patricia Island Estate Neighborhood Association (PIENA) membership, all new homeowners are required to join Patricia Island Country Club (PICC) as a social or golf member per the 2020 Patricia Island Estates amended covenants. PICC provides access to amenities such as Mulligans restaurant, outdoor pool, fitness center, and pickle ball courts to all Neighborhood Association (PIENA) members. PIENA members choosing the minimum level Social membership have a discounted monthly rate of $105/month, plus tax, with a 3% annual cap.
