On August 29th, 2020, the property owners of Patricia Island Estates voted to form the non-profit Patricia Island Estates Neighborhood Association. The goal of the Association is to maintain and improve the quality of life for all residents of Patricia Island Estates. The Association has authority to enforce existing restricting covenants; however, the Association cannot change those covenants without a vote by the property owners.
The Association is governed by a Board of Directors elected by a vote of the members
