Patricia Island Estates is comprised of 13 separate subdivisions (phases), each with its own set of restrictive covenants. The covenants exist to ensure that development, modifications and upkeep to the properties continue to enhance the quality of life that all Patricia Island Estates' residents enjoy. Every property owner should familiarize themselves with the restrictive covenants for their property. Before starting any projects on a property, owners should verify whether the work requires approval of the Architectural Committee.
