Deck out your golf cart in spooky, creepy or cute decorations and meet us at Mulligans to win some loot! Meet at the restaurant parking lot at 6:30 pm to drive the loop, immediately followed by judging. Mulligans costume party to follow so come dressed to impress! Open to all Patricia Island members.
