In the spirit of neighbors helping neighbors, PIENA would like to extend a helping hand to those neighbors who might find themselves experiencing these circumstances or others: 

• Illness (meals, grocery/prescription pick up, ride to doctor appt.)
• Death in the family
• In need of a contact person for long distance family
• A widow(er) needing assistance with yard, etc.

If you, or you know of a neighbor who needs some assistance, please call or text Lori Krieckhaus at 417-825-4718.

Volunteers Needed: Please give Lori a call or text if you would be willing to provide a meal/dish, errands, or transportation, as needs arise.

The Patricia Island Estates Neighborhood Association Security Committee invites all Neighborhood Association members to its meeting on Tuesday July 27th, 6:00 pm at Mulligans. The committee will be discussing a neighborhood watch program. Your input is encouraged as we review this important topic and consider how it can aid in improving security within the Estates. Hope to see you there! 

We have been working hard to get the pool open for the Memorial Day holiday. Unfortunately, the winter was very harsh to the pool and plaster and many repairs need to be completed before the pool can open safely. We apologize for the inconvenience and will update you as repairs progress. 

The Neighborhood Association Board of Directors is considering creating a Security Committee comprised of property owners and would like to gauge the level of interest for such a group. The primary goals of the committee would be to identify opportunities for improving neighborhood security, present findings to the Board and assist in implementation of security improvements. The Board is looking for volunteers interested in either serving or leading such a committee. If you are interested in participating, please email info@patriciaislandna.org

PICC is in the process of building bathrooms on the course. The new bathrooms will be on hole #5 and #15. They  have been needed for a while and will surely be appreciated by all! This is just one of many things that we are looking forward to in the upcoming year! Stay tuned for more exciting news!!

The Event Planning Committee is offering an Easter activity for the children in our NA member’s homes. They want to egg your house but not in the way that we used to do growing up! The committee would like to hide eggs in your yard the night before so the littles in your home can look for them on Easter morning, April 4. You do not need to do anything more than complete and turn in the form below. There is no charge for this activity unless you wish to make a donation to the committee. If you are interested in this fun Easter activity for the children in your home, please continue below.

 We will hide 10-12 eggs per child in your household, in your front yard only.

Instruction: We are hiding eggs from 5:30-7:30pm on Saturday April 3rd (weather permitting). We will only be hiding them in that time window, so we please ask that you keep your children inside or distract them while we are there hiding the eggs. On the form, please put your cell number if you wish and we will send you a text when we are almost to your house so that you are aware.

Cost: This is a free service for you and your families, unless you wish to make a donation. If you choose to make one it will stay within the event committee to keep great events like this going.

Important: Please email this form back to the email address below or drop it in my mailbox at 4936 Lost Cove Rd. The last day we will take registration forms will be March 28th so please try and return them by that date so that we know how many eggs we need to fill.

Event Planning Committee

It is with great pleasure that we announce the results of the recent covenant amendment vote to consolidate the individual Architectural Committees for each development phase into a single Architectural Committee that serves all phases of Patrica Island Estates. The amendment passed in every phase, a clear testament to the long-term vision our property owners have for the future of Patricia Island Estates. 

In addition to voting on the amendment, property owners voted on the members who will serve on the new Architectural Committee. The ballots were counted by members of the Board of Directors of the Patricia Island Estates Neighborhood Association. Please join us in congratulating our new Architectural Committee members: Cindi Sokoloff, Ileta Bray and Jim Burns. We hope everyone shares our enthusiasm in having a team of such dedicated and talented volunteers to lead this critical function of our community.

Thank you again to everyone who took time to participate in the vote. Your support is essential to realizing the future vision of Patricia Island Estates. 

The Board of Directors will host an informational meeting for any property owners who wish to learn more about the upcoming Architectural Committee vote to be held on Saturday, March 6^th.  The meeting will be held at Mulligans beginning at 5 pm.

Patricia Island Estates sustained a significant amount of vandalism during the evening of January 27. According to the Grove Police Department, the incident happened sometime between 8:30 pm and 10:30 pm. Grove PD has requested residents to check their security footage for that time frame and report any indication of the type of vehicle or any of the suspects that might be involved. Please call the club office if you have any video evidence that might be helpful in catching the suspects. The office number is (918) 786-3338.
